When should we start??

Ok ladies so I have been debating on when to begin. I am thinking the week after Thanksgiving. If you all would rather begin before that, I am fine with that too. I was just thinking about everyone elses need to get meals planned and such. So, which is best for you all? Start next week or wait one more week? I just did not want to start and then stop unless we absolutely had to. Just let me know.
